Are upgrades available?
Yes. Buyers can personalise their home with a range of customisations. Kitchen design appointments are available directly through Stuart Frazer, and our team will guide you through any additional upgrades and options.

Do you offer Shared Ownership?
Yes. Our three-bedroom Bilberry housetype is available exclusively through Shared Ownership.

Is there a show home available to view?
Yes. The Cotton Meadows show home is now open, giving you the perfect opportunity to experience the quality and specification firsthand. Viewings are available 7 days a week by appointment - get in touch today to book.

How do I reserve a home?
A £2,000 reservation fee is required to secure your chosen plot. Our team and our partners at Sally Harrison will guide you through each step from reservation to handover.

Can I customise my home?
Absolutely. You can book an appointment any day of the week to discuss your preferences, upgrades, and kitchen choices. You’ll also have the opportunity to visit Stuart Frazer directly for kitchen design selections.

Are there any outdoor or landscaped areas?
Yes. All homes come with front and rear landscaping, and the wider development features attractive landscaping designed to complement the natural setting.

What warranties or aftercare do you offer?
Every home includes a 10-year NHBC warranty, along with Hurstwood Homes' dedicated aftercare support for added peace of mind.

What amenities are nearby?
