1. Eligibility

1.1 The Offer is open to new customers only who purchase a home at Newchurch Meadows from Hurstwood Homes.

1.2 The Offer is available only for the 150 sq ft storage spaces at Lock-It Self Storage Wigan.

1.3 Proof of home purchase from Hurstwood Homes will be required to redeem the Offer.

2. Offer Details

2.1 The Offer provides four weeks of free storage in a 150 sq ft unit at Lock-It Self Storage Wigan.

2.2 The Offer is valid for one storage unit per home purchase.

3. Post-Offer Storage Fees

3.1 After the initial four weeks of free storage, standard storage fees will apply.

3.3 Customers are responsible for any charges incurred after the four-week free storage period.

4. Redemption Process

4.2 The Offer must be redeemed within 30 days of the home purchase completion date

5. Additional Services

5.1 Any additional services or upgrades will be subject to standard fees and charges as per Lock-It Self Storage’s terms and conditions.

6. Termination and Cancellation

6.1 Lock-It Self Storage Wigan reserves the right to terminate or cancel the Offer at any time without notice.

6.2 The Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other benefits.

7. Liability

7.1 Lock-It Self Storage Wigan and Hurstwood Homes shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this Offer.

7.2 Customers taking up the offer are required to insure all goods placed in storage. StoreProtect liability cover can be arranged directly with Lock It Self Storage Wigan.
